Your Vote

As a financial member of ASEA, you have a direct say in how the association is run.

The Annual General Meeting

Each year, ASEA holds an Annual General Meeting where members come together to make key decisions about the future of the association. This includes electing committee members, approving financial reports, and voting on any changes to ASEA's constitution.

Why your attendance matters

For important decisions to go ahead, we need a quorum of 50% of financial members present, either in person or online. For constitutional changes, we need two thirds of financial members present and a 75% majority vote.

Your attendance and your vote make a real difference.

How to attend

The AGM is held once a year. Members receive an official invitation in advance with details on how to attend in person or online via Zoom.
